How do I order goods at Bevananda?
Step 1: Contact Bevananda Sales.

Step 2: Agreement and PO Creation
  • If you are satisfied with the price information provided, you can agree to the order with Bevananda Sales.
  • If you are a new customer, you will need to register your customer information first.
  • Create a Purchase Order (PO) containing detailed order information, such as the type and quantity of goods, shipping address, and payment information.
Step 3: Payment and Goods Pick-up
  • Bevananda will send a pro forma invoice to bill you for payment according to the agreement.
  • Make the payment according to the agreed payment method.
  • Once the payment is received, Bevananda will process your order and send the goods according to the estimated delivery time.
  • Goods can be picked up in various ways, such as pick-up at the Bevananda warehouse or through an expedition service.

Where is Bevananda located? Are there branch offices outside Jakarta?
Bevananda does not have any other branch offices outside of Jakarta.
Customers outside of Jakarta can still purchase Bevananda products through the company's website or by contacting Bevananda sales representatives.

What is the minimum order quantity at Bevananda?
There is no minimum order quantity at Bevananda. However, for your convenience, we recommend that you purchase in smaller quantities through our authorized distributors or resellers. This is because handling and shipping costs for very small orders may not be cost-effective.
What if the item I want is not available?
Bevananda maintains a ready stock of standard items.
Only Custom-order items require a lead time for fabrication.
If a standard item is out of stock, you can place a pre-order. Our sales representatives will provide you with an estimated production schedule before you place your order.
 
Return
I received goods that were not as expected. What should I do?
If you receive a product from Bevananda that does not match your order or is damaged, please follow these steps:

Bevananda only offers pick-up services from Cikarang warehouse.
